CHRISSE ALLAN DESIGN ASSOCIATES  has several qualified designers on
staff to provide space planning, design, colour co-ordination and project
management for your project. CAD (Computer Aided Design) is used
extensively to provide accurate, to-scale drawing as well as detailed product
specifications along with 3D renderings.

SPACE PLANNING, NEEDS ASSESSMENT

One of the first steps in developing your company's facilities is to create a
block or space plan that encompasses all the staff's workstations/private
offices, common areas such as meeting rooms, lunchroom, filing and storage
areas, reception etc. Once this has been determined and agreed to the next
step is to start the detailed design process.

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN

Auto CAD design package is used in conjunction with furniture symbol
libraries to complete the planning process. The required products are
automatically tabulated during this design process to provide accurate and
detailed specifications.

FINISHES & COLOUR SELECTION

Other interior elements such as carpet, wall, door, and window finishes are
co-ordinated to complete the entire colour palette. The harmonious blend of
colour and texture are now finalized.
